Shop Policy

• We offer secure check-out. All credit card information is encrypted and we are a level one "Verified Merchant".
• We maintain a strict privacy policy. We never sell or trade your personal information.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are not processed unless billing and shipping addresses are the same.
• If there is any issue with the shipment - specifically from the date the package shows delivered by the carrier, we must be notified if there is anything missing or damaged within 3 days of receipt of shipment according to the carriers tracking number.
• When running a shipping promotion (free shipping, flat-rate, etc.), if a shipment exceeds 10 lbs in weight, customer will have to pay the actual shipping weight, and will not be eligible for promotion.
• Prompt delivery to most countries - generally within 14-21 business days by UPS or USPS.
• Double wall reinforced boxes with protective packing material.
• All shipments are insured for full value.
• All shipments are electronically tracked.

International Shipping

• We offer Priority Mail and UPS Ground shipping to Canada.

• Remaining countries ship at actual Priority Mail postal rates including insurance and tracking number.

Please note customers are responsible for all extra duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges or fees that may be incurred by importing products into their respective country. Large orders, heavy, and over-sized items may require additional shipping charges which will be determined once we pack, weigh and value the contents for insurance coverage.

Returns

We offer a 7 day from receipt of goods, no-hassle return policy. However the following conditions must be met:

1. All purchases are refundable except for items specially ordered for a customer or custom productions. Customers must call for Return Authorization.

2. We do accept returns for items a customer may have ordered that don’t meet expectations or are the wrong scale, but customers will be responsible for returning these items at their expense. Shipping costs in these circumstances will not be refunded. There is no re-stocking fee.

3. Please include order number or name and address with any returns so credits can be promptly applied.

4. Orders paid with money order or check will only receive in-house credit. Orders paid with credit card, PayPal or Affirm will be refunded within 5 business days.

Damaged Items

All damaged and or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If the item appears to have been damaged during shipment, please keep all packaging materials. The carrier may need to do a follow-up visit before we can issue a claim for a refund.

If the item appears to have a manufacturing defect, please keep the item in its original box. In either case, please contact us to discuss your options.

If the shipment is missing altogether after the tracking number shows delivery, we must be notified immediately so an investigation with the carrier can be initiated.

Occasionally, we offer promotions that include free standard shipping on orders. This applies specifically to orders in the USA only and for IN-STOCK items only. Sales tax and charitable donations are excluded from subtotal for purposes of this offer.
