The Fadisa Romeo is a utility vehicle manufactured by the Spanish car manufacturer Fadisa , created for the occasion in 1956, in its factory in Avila and whose production did not begin until 1959. It is the Spanish version of the Alfa Romeo Romeo.

In 1965 , like Alfa Romeo in Italy, Fadisa launched the 2nd series, Romeo 2 , which included improvements to the first series with the appearance of a new steering, a ZF gearbox with all gears synchronized. The 13-seater ambulance and minibus versions complete the range. The same year, part of the production is exported to Colombia .

The Spanish version is identical to the Italian except for the logo. The Fadisa logo, recalculated the Alfa Romeo logo, circled with laurels with Fadisa instead of ALFA ROMEO, on the left instead of the red cross, symbol of Milan, the red F of Fadisa and on the right, in place of Biscione , symbol of Milan , the tower of Avila. At the bottom, instead of "Milano", the words "Lic. Alfa Romeo" appeared. The first copies had in addition, under the windshield, on the left FADISA and on the right AVILA in chromed metal.

On 8 April 2010, it was confirmed that British Airways and Iberia had signed an agreement to merge, making the combined operation the third largest commercial airline in the world by revenue. Shareholders of both carriers approved the deal on 29 November 2010. The newly merged company, known as International Airlines Group (IAG), was established in January 2011, although both airlines continue to operate under their current names.
