All damaged and/or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If the item appears to have been damaged during shipment, please retain all packaging materials as the carrier may need to perform an inspection before a claim can be processed. If the item has a manufacturing defect, keep it in its original box and contact us immediately to discuss your options. If your shipment is missing despite the tracking showing delivery, notify us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
